Job Description

Como nuestra asistente administrativa, tendrás la oportunidad Brindar soporte a una de las direcciones académicas del Colegio

· Apoyo en procesos administrativos
· Manejo de Agenda
· Apoyo en administración de personal interno.
· Organización y seguimiento de documentos confidenciales, eventos de la sección
· Atención a padres y alumnos
Seguimiento a actividades asignadas por periodo

Competencias y habilidades:

· Inglés Avanzado

· Atención a clientes

· Discreción

· Organizada

· Observador, detallista, creativo, con iniciativa, organizado, metódico

· Manejo de reportes

· Con capacidad para atender varios asuntos al mismo tiempo.

· Manejo y resguardo de datos.
