Job Description

 

As CRM Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Regional Marketing, Admissions and Communications team (MAC) for The Americas. Supporting the Regional CRM Manager and working collaboratively with the school MAC teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption of our CRM, promoting consistency and data integrity across the region to enhance the Family Experience (FEJ) and better inform decision-making and strategy. 
 
At Nord Anglia, everything we do in MAC is guided by our Family Experience Journey. This is the blueprint for our MAC operations, and is enabled by Salesforce, our CRM technology partner. You’ll be the school’s first point of contact for Salesforce, and you’ll take pride in ensuring that school MAC teams are utilizing the system to its fullest potential – driving maximum return. 

You’ll support the Regional CRM Manager, ensuring that regional requirements are catered for, supporting go-lives, training, user adoption, data integrity, and tech support.  

To be successful, you’ll need to forge strong relationships with marketing colleagues from across the region and schools, so that everyone is working together to achieve our vision.  

Responsibilities

 

 

Support year-round calendar of admissions & CRM training provision, product updates, and rollouts.

  • Support with the Salesforce roll-out (new & existing schools) for the region.
  • Support schools with CRM training to ensure user adoption and admissions best practices are followed.
  • Provide tech support to Salesforce users in our MAC teams across the region.

Support re-enrollment process planning and execution across the region.

  • Support with pre-enrollment planning, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support CRM Manager and schools with re-enrollment agreement issuance across the region.
  • Provide tech support to Salesforce users in our MAC teams across the region.

You’ll help to train, support and guide admissions teams across the region.

  • Train MAC colleagues across the region to get the most from CRM data and insights.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and data cleansing of the CRM database in schools to ensure efficiency and elimination of waste.
  • Support with delivery of admissions/CRM training on new feature releases, refresher training for MAC teams, and onboarding for new team members at schools.

Support the regional roll out of CRM and product development plan through to execution.

  • Work to the agreed roll-out schedule.
  • Work with schools to clean data ahead of data migrations pre-launch.
  • Work with schools to run User Acceptance Testing sessions prior to launch.

Required Skills/Abilities

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales and/or customer focused roles, preferably with training or coaching experience
  • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Comfortable working with data
  • Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of methods
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, with strong proficiency with Excel
