San Roberto International School is one of the top international schools in Monterrey, one of the most important cities in Mexico. We have two campuses; San Agustin and Valle Alto. Both campuses were accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) in December 2002, and currently hold the accreditation by SACS, now as a division of AdvancED. It is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 9 private IB day school, teaching ages 3 to 15 bilingually in Spanish and English. The San Agustin campus school is located at west of San Pedro Garza García and Valle Alto campus school is located at south of Monterrey. 

Job Description

Elementary School Secretary: Provide administrative support in operational tasks related to Elementary School.

 

- Assist the Director and Sub-Director of Elementary in the organization and administration of the department's tasks.

- Assist parents in tasks such as:

* Issuance of letters, certificates or any document related to the school area.

* appointment calendar with teachers

* link between parents - teachers / managers.

- Keep the SEP system updated according to the information of students and staff

of each school year.

- Organization of the re-registration process in tasks such as printing and delivery of stationery, capture and update of family data in system, collection of policies and related documents.

 

Bachelor´s Degree or Technical career

English 500 points TOEFL, Computing

2 years of experience in similar positions.
