San Roberto International School is one of the top international schools in Monterrey, one of the most important cities in Mexico. We have two campuses; San Agustin and Valle Alto. Both campuses were accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) in December 2002, and currently hold the accreditation by SACS, now as a division of AdvancED. It is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 9 day school, teaching ages 3 to 15 bilingually in Spanish and English. The San Agustin campus school is located at west of San Pedro Garza García and Valle Alto campus school is located at south of Monterrey. 

Job Description

DIRECTOR OF ADMISSION AND MARKETING (DAM)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing or Economic (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Administration.
  • Well management of the Administrative Systems.
  • Excellent analysis and synthesis skills.
  • Knowledge in social media, research and marketing strategies.
  • A minimum of 6 years of successful professional experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities promoting collaboration and team work.
  • Professional attitude and people skills with eagerness to enthusiastic, proactive, and positive.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

Job Purpose

  • Develop the strategic marketing/communication/admission plan in support and aligned to the School’s Strategic Management Plan
  • Design strategies to attract obtain more and better students.
  • Add value to the image of San Roberto International School in our community.
  • To direct and oversee the marketing, recruiting and admissions procedures of ISR in a manner consistent with the school’s academic and strategic plans.
  • Create strategies to promote the sense of belonging in the community and increase retention of our families and colleagues.

Responsabilities

  • To capture more and better students.
  • Design Marketing, communications and Enrollment strategies.
  • Supervise the management of the institutional image.
  • Organization and logistics of events to attract and retain students.
  • Coordinate and follow up the process of re-enrollment of current students.
  • Collaborate on the projects and requirements of Nord Anglia Education.
  • Elaborate market and competitor analysis with the purpose of helping long-term decision-making.
  • Supervise the elaboration of promotional material aimed to new ISR families.
  • Supervise the content and image of internal and external communication messages and materials.
  • Supervise the design, update and maintenance of website and social media.
  • Relationship with communication media.
  • Plan, organize, manage, supervise, and evaluate the work of the staff under your duty, keeping a level and a job environment of high quality, assigning priorities and giving follow ups to the work of the Department
  • Maintain a close communication with and within the departments under supervision.
  • Coordinate the work between the Department and the rest of the institution.
  • Identify new opportunities and media to promote the ISR.
  • Follow up the process of enrollments, returning students, transfers, temporary absence and casualties with parents and / or other departments involved in the process.
  • Design and supervise networking activities to promote the school with feeder schools, companies, government and other institutions.
  • Support and follow up the induction process of the student and/or new families.
  • Update the Admissions information on the website.
  • Follow up on complaints, suggestions and requests from parents and the ISR community.
  • Attend congresses, meetings, and other events to stay updated on admissions and recruitment policies, practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate the elaboration of training programs for the staff under the duty.
  • Design the annual activity plan and Department budget.
  • Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports of the execution of the different programs under your duty.
