At PBIS, Performing Arts is lived and experienced, not just taught. Our students explore Drama, Dance and Music through creative expression, performance and collaboration. We are seeking a dynamic MYP Performing Arts Teacher with experience across all three disciplines who can inspire creativity, nurture talent and lead students in both academic and enrichment opportunities, including LAMDA examinations, school productions and our IGCSE and IB Theatre pathways.

The Role
You will teach MYP Performing Arts, delivering engaging, concept-driven lessons across Drama, Dance and Music while connecting learning to authentic performance contexts. As part of our Performing Arts Faculty, you will deliver skills-based lessons aligned with the MYP Arts framework and lead LAMDA examination preparation, ensuring students gain confidence and recognised qualifications.
You will support and collaborate with IGCSE and IB Theatre students, including directing, choreography and music integration, and contribute to school productions, showcases and cross-curricular performances. You will embed elements of the Nord Anglia Education Juilliard collaboration into teaching and enrichment activities, and mentor students in creative expression, teamwork and performance excellence. You will also collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, moderation and enrichment planning.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a high-performing Performing Arts specialist with experience teaching Drama, Dance and Music at MYP level. Experience supporting LAMDA examinations and leading performance-based assessment is essential. You will have a strong track record of inspiring students and delivering engaging, creative curricula, and will be innovative, reflective and collaborative. You will thrive in a high-achieving international environment and be committed to academic excellence, creative development and student wellbeing.
