PRINCIPAL, PRAGUE BRITISH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

Prague British International School is the Czech Republic’s largest international school. Split over three campuses around the beautiful city of Prague, we have around 1,200 students and 280 staff. By 2027, a new purpose-built site in Řeporyje will replace the existing Vlastina campus, offering state-of-the-art facilities for children aged 2–11. We prioritise innovative education, enabling our students aged 2 to 18 to excel academically and personally. The school, which offers the National Curriculum for England, IGCSEs and the IB Diploma, enjoys excellent academic results, consistently surpassing global averages and securing offers from the world's top 30 universities. As a language-focused institution, we provide instruction in English and Czech, preparing students for a multicultural world.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a visionary and strategic leader with a strong track record in school leadership, ideally within a large complex international setting. You’ll bring deep experience with the UK and/or IB curriculum and post-16 education, and a passion for inspiring high-performing teams. You will understand how to balance educational excellence with commercial performance, and will be confident using data to drive improvement and meet clear KPIs across academics, finance, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, global environment, contributing to the wider success of Nord Anglia Education while leading your school with clarity, purpose, and ambition.
