We are seeking a passionate and talented Music Teacher to join our team on a 40% part-time basis (2–3 days per week, with some flexibility for the right candidate). The successful candidate will teach primarily across our Primary classes (ages 3 to 11), inspiring a love of music in young learners while contributing to the wider musical life of the school.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality music lessons across Primary (ages 3–11)

Inspire students to develop their musical skills, creativity, and confidence

Support and organise performances, concerts, and school events

Coordinate sound and lighting equipment for events (desirable)

Contribute to extracurricular music opportunities

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A recognised teaching qualification

Experience teaching music in a primary school setting

Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for music education

Excellent communication and organisational skills

The ability to work collaboratively within a team

Experience with sound and lighting equipment (advantageous)
