Job Description
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for local and international positions, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, prepare job descriptions, and support talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and support the integration of new employees into the organization.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, well-being, and internal communication initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs, workshops, and mandatory training sessions.
- Monitor employee participation in training activities and maintain training records and reports.
- Coordinate international background checks and pre-employment screening processes, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
- Provide support to expatriate employees during relocation and onboarding processes, acting as a point of contact for general HR-related matters.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, training providers, and recruitment agencies, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
- Prepare HR metrics, reports, and presentations related to recruitment, training, employee engagement, and other People initiatives.
- Support the implementation of HR projects, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies, programs, and processes.

Required Skills/Abilities
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Human Resources
Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Dynamic, determinate, patient and high sense of responsibility
