Job Description
- Acting on all HR subsystems aligned with practices and policies of the company;
- Supporting all action plans in order to achieve improvements within the department;
- Recruitment: Preparation of job descriptions with the support of the department managers when necessary; conducting interviews in English and Portuguese; maintaining direct contact with recruitment agencies for local and international vacancies; advertise vacancies on JobTrain, tracking approvals and closing dates;
- Benefits: Responsible for the international health insurance, managing inclusion and exclusion of employees in the broker portal; checking invoices for health and dental plan, support employees with inquires about the insurance;
- International criminal records: Managing records in the HireRight systems, analysing if applications are submitted correctly according to employees past residences in the last 10 years;
- Occupational medicine: Management of the annual reports of health and safety
- Training and courses: Manage employees’ training such as First Aid and Fire Drill;
- Service provider contracts: Negotiating and managing contracts of HR providers, analysing proposals, elaborating reports and participating in the decision making;
- Payroll: Process payment of salaries, vacations and terminations at the bank and request approvals; being able to control payroll budget;
- Expatriates: Controlling and approval of flight tickets; monitoring of the whole process of working visa, Brazilians documentation; assistance in preparing and managing contracts and annual bonuses;
- Employees’ student scholarship: Supporting employees with enquires about scholarship of dependents and elaborating contracts.
Required Skills/Abilities
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources
Minimum of 3 years of Experience with duties related to Personal Department
Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Dynamic, determinate, patient and high sense of responsibility
