Job Description

  • Coordinate the housing area, being responsible for the control, organization, and follow-up of all activities related to corporate apartments.
  • Ensure full compliance with the housing policy, as well as support the development, review, and update of policies and procedures related to housing with the HR Director.

  • Manage and approve housing-related purchases, including furniture, maintenance, services, and related expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and internal policies.

  • Administer housing contracts, ensuring legal and internal compliance.

  • Conduct periodic internal audits of lease agreements, mandatory insurance policies (e.g., fire insurance), and related documentation.

  • Act as the main point of contact for employees using housing, providing guidance, support, and clarifications.

  • Mediate negotiations with real estate agencies, property owners, and service providers when necessary, including renewals, renegotiations, and contract terminations.

  • Manage and negotiate contracts with service providers, analyze commercial proposals, and support decision-making processes.

  • Monitor contract deadlines, adjustments, guarantees, payments, and renewals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Prepare reports and KPIs related to housing (costs, occupancy, contracts, compliance) to support leadership decisions.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees using housing, including check-in, check-out, and inspections.

  • Work closely with the teams to ensure process alignment and compliance.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, proposing enhancements to housing processes, controls, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.

  • Advanced / Fluent English
  • Previous experience with housing, benefits administration, contract management, or corporate property administration.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience in report preparation.
