Job Description

  • Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and systems)

  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and mobile devices

  • Support user account administration (creation, modification, and access removal)

  • Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets in line with defined SLAs

  • Assist with basic network support and connectivity troubleshooting

  • Support system updates, software installations, and equipment maintenance

  • Follow IT security policies and best practices

  • Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors when required

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Degree in IT, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)

  • Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and end-user support

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment

  • Previous experience or internship in IT support (desirable)

  • Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., Service Desk systems)

  • Awareness of information security principles

  • Advanced English
