Job Description
Support in capturing images and videos of school activities for use on social media and institutional materials.
Assist in producing and posting content on the school’s social media channels.
Collaborate in organizing internal and external events, including contacting suppliers and providing logistical support.
Participate in planning meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Support purchasing activities and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring deadlines and quality.
Attend school events to provide real-time coverage and content production.
Required Skills/Abilities
Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Design program.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease in interpersonal relationships.
Organization and proactivity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Intermediate or advanced English to handle content and communication in a bilingual environment.
Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop) and video editing.
Interest or familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to marketing (e.g., image generation, post automation, data analysis).
Negotiation and problem-solving skills when dealing with suppliers and partners.
Experience with social media.
Differentials:
Portfolio featuring graphic designs, videos, or campaigns.
Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, among others.
