Job Description

Lead, coordinate, and oversee all operational activities of the school, ensuring that facilities, safety, maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor services run efficiently, sustainably, and in compliance with Nord Anglia Education standards and Brazilian legal requirements.

Oversees school operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and transportation. Ensures safety, compliance, and budget control while managing suppliers, contracts, and inventories. Leads teams across campuses, maintaining facilities, safety standards, and service excellence.

  • Strong leadership and ability to manage operational teams.

  • Proactivity, organization, and excellent planning abilities.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and simultaneous demands.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with various departments and teams.
