In our Early Years we use a Reggio Emilia inspired approach. In Primary we are guided by the National Curriculum for England and the International Primary Curriculum. We also offer courses that focus on English, mathematics, life skills and employability through ASDAN programmes.

All students are involved in a wide range of co-curricular activities, mainly run by teaching staff. Resulting in a rich and varied co-curricular offer for our students, with our school active and competitive in the local international school sports league across a number of sports. The school has an extensive programme of residential trips starting in Year 3 up to the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in Secondary.

We are also members of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA) and are accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

This role leads talent acquisition, drives a smooth onboarding experience, ensures HR compliance, and supports performance management processes. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams across the school, contributing to a culture that is warm, collaborative, and future‑focused.

About the Role

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full recruitment cycles with confidence and enthusiasm, ensuring every candidate feels valued and engaged
  • Partner with leaders to understand their needs and bring in top talent across academic and non‑academic roles
  • Craft compelling job posts and promote our employer brand proudly across platforms
  • Conduct engaging interviews and guide managers through a positive and structured selection process
  • Build strong talent pipelines and enjoy networking with potential candidates who share our values
  • Manage references, safeguarding checks, and offers with professionalism and warmth

2. HR Compliance and Onboarding

  • Ensure HR processes meet MOM, safeguarding, and Nord Anglia standards
  • Create a warm, welcoming onboarding experience that helps new colleagues feel connected from day one
  • Lead induction sessions with confidence, clarity, and a friendly, supportive approach
  • Maintain accurate HR data and documentation (employee files, contracts, etc)
  • Support audits and policy updates in a proactive and organised way

3. Performance Management

  • Coordinate the annual review cycle and empower managers to set meaningful and measurable goals
  • Support leaders in creating energising, future focused performance conversations
  • Track progress and follow up with colleagues to maintain momentum
  • Assist in identifying development opportunities that help colleagues grow and succeed

4. HR Operations and Employee Support

  • Provide approachable, solutions focused HR support to colleagues
  • Contribute to wellbeing and engagement activities with creativity and enthusiasm
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HRIS data consistency
  • Get involved in HR initiatives and regional projects that build community and strengthen our culture

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 4 to 6 years of HR experience, ideally in an international or educational environment
  • Strong background in recruitment and HR operations
  • Understanding of Singapore employment law and compliance
  • Experience with HR systems and performance management frameworks
