What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day support for a child with a physical disability, both in the classroom and around school
• Assist with self-care tasks as needed, ensuring the student’s dignity, safety, and comfort
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and the Learning Support team to help the student access learning opportunities
• Monitor and record the child’s progress, well-being, and needs, and communicate effectively with staff and parents
• Encourage independence and confidence in the child’s daily activities
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Background or prior knowledge in medical care and/or physiotherapy (required)
• At least 2 years of experience working with children, ideally in an educational or care setting
• Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to student development
• A team player who can collaborate with teachers and staff
• Ability to follow professional guidance while taking initiative when appropriate
• Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and inclusive practices
