Job Description

H-FARM School Vicenza is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive School Office Intern to support the School Office team in daily administrative and front-office activities.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, lively, and international educational environment, working in close contact with students, families, teachers, and school leadership.
The intern will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school and contributing to a welcoming and well-organized school community.

Job Responsabilities

  • Support the School Office in all daily administrative and organizational activities

  • Welcome and assist students, parents, teachers, and visitors at the school front desk

  • Provide support to students during the school day, ensuring a safe and positive environment

  • Assist with communication between the school, families, and teaching staff

  • Support the organization and coordination of school activities, meetings, and events

  • Manage documentation, records, and basic data entry

  • Support phone and email communication in Italian and English

  • Assist school leadership and administrative staff as needed

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Administration, Education, Languages, or related fields

  • Good command of English (B2 level), both written and spoken

  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude, with a strong aptitude for public-facing roles

  • Genuine interest in working with children and young students

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, lively, and international environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive and flexible mindset

  • Previous experience in customer service, front office, or educational environments is a plus
