YOUR PROFILE

At Collège Beau Soleil, the Front Desk Officer plays a central role in the daily life of the school. As the first point of contact for the Beau Soleil community, you will help create a professional, warm, and positive experience while ensuring the smooth running of the Front Office in a dynamic and international environment.
Working as part of a collaborative team, communication and organisation are essential in this role. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key. From supporting school events and student arrivals to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, you will contribute to many important moments throughout the academic year.
You combine a welcoming and service-oriented attitude with strong administrative accuracy and professionalism. You enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering excellent service, and remain calm and efficient when managing multiple priorities.
We are open to considering either one full-time Front Desk Officer or two part-time Front Desk Officers (50%) through a job-sharing arrangement, depending on the profiles and experience of the successful candidates.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to students, parents, staff, and visitors
- Manage the day-to-day running of Reception and support the smooth operation of the Front Office
- Handle incoming calls, emails, post, and deliveries efficiently and professionally
- Support the organisation of school events, student arrival days, and other key moments throughout the year
- Provide administrative support across different school departments
- Manage petty cash and other Reception-related administrative tasks
- Support the Transport and Trips departments with travel-related administrative tasks
- Prepare and coordinate documentation required for student visa applications
- Monitor and follow up residency permit processes in line with local requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma with administrative or tourism qualification
- Fluent in French & English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Additional languages would be an advantage
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience
- Previous experience in a reception, front office, customer service, or administrative role
- Experience in a school or international environment is a plus but not essential
- Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and people-focused environment
